§ 63G-6a-116 — Procurement of administrative law judge service.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Administrative law judge" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63A-17-701.
(1)(b) "Administrative law judge service" means service provided by an administrative law judge.
(2)A procurement unit shall use a standard procurement process under this chapter for the procurement of administrative law judge service.
(3)For a procurement of administrative law judge service, an evaluation committee shall consist of:
(3)(a) the head of the conducting procurement unit, or the head's designee;
(3)(b) the head of an executive branch procurement unit other than the conducting procurement unit, appointed by the director of the Division of Human Resource Management, or the head's designee; and
(3)(c) the director of the Division of Human Resource Manag
