(1)A procurement unit may allow a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response as provided in this section.

(2)(2)(a) A procurement unit that allows a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response shall:

(2)(a)(i) require the vendor to submit the correction in writing; and

(2)(a)(ii) establish a deadline by which the vendor is required to correct the immaterial error.

(2)(b) A procurement unit may not allow a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response after the deadline established under Subsection (2)(a).
