Text
(1)There is created within the Department of Government Operations the Office of Administrative Rules, to be administered by a director.
(2)(2)(a) The executive director shall appoint the director.
(2)(b) The director shall hire, train, and supervise staff necessary for the office to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
