Utah Statutes
§ 63G-23-102 — Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Public official" means, except as provided in Subsection (3), the same as that term is defined in Section 36-11-102.
(2)"Public official" includes a judge or justice of:
(2)(a) the Utah Supreme Court;
(2)(b) the Utah Court of Appeals;
(2)(c) a district court;
(2)(d) a juvenile court; or
(2)(e) the Business and Chancery Court.
(3)"Public official" does not include a local official or an education official as defined in Section 36-11-102.
