Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "At-risk government employee" means a current or former:
(1)(a)(i) peace officer as specified in Section 53-13-102;
(1)(a)(ii) state or federal judge of an appellate, district, justice, or juvenile court, or court commissioner;
(1)(a)(iii) judge authorized by Title 39A, Chapter 5, Utah Code of Military Justice;
(1)(a)(iv) judge authorized by Armed Forces, Title 10, United States Code;
(1)(a)(v) federal prosecutor;
(1)(a)(vi) prosecutor appointed pursuant to Armed Forces, Title 10, United States Code;
(1)(a)(vii) law enforcement official as defined in Section 53-5a-311;
(1)(a)(viii) prosecutor authorized by Title 39A, Chapter 5, Utah Code of Military Justice; or
(1)(a)(ix) state or local government employee who, because of the unique nature of the employe
