Text

As used in this chapter:

(1)"Audit" means:
(1)(a) a systematic examination of financial, management, program, and related records for the purpose of determining the fair presentation of financial statements, adequacy of internal controls, or compliance with laws and regulations; or
(1)(b) a systematic examination of program procedures and operations for the purpose of determining their effectiveness, economy, efficiency, and compliance with statutes and regulations.
(2)"Chief administrative officer" means the chief administrative officer of a governmental entity who is responsible to fulfill the duties described in Section 63A-12-103.
(3)"Chronological logs" mean the regular and customary summary records of law enforcement agencies and other public safety agencies that show:
