Text

(1)The Legislature intends that:
(1)(a) the University of Utah may, subject to the requirements of Title 63A, Chapter 5b, Administration of State Facilities, use up to $8,200,000 in institutional funds to plan, design, and construct the William C. Browning Building Addition with up to 24,000 square feet;
(1)(b) the university may not use state funds for any portion of this project; and
(1)(c) the university may use state funds for operation and maintenance costs or capital improvements.
(2)The Legislature intends that:
(2)(a) Utah State University may, subject to the requirements of Title 63A, Chapter 5b, Administration of State Facilities, use up to $10,000,000 in institutional funds to plan, design, and construct the Fine Arts Complex Addition/Renovation with up to 17,000 square feet
