Text

(1)The Legislature intends that:
(1)(a) Southern Utah University may, subject to requirements in Title 63A, Chapter 5b, Administration of State Facilities, use up to $35,000,000 in donations and institutional funds to plan, design, and construct a Center for the Arts with up to 110,000 square feet;
(1)(b) no state funds be used for any portion of this project; and
(1)(c) the university may not request state funds for operation and maintenance costs or capital improvements.
(2)The Legislature intends that:
(2)(a) the University of Utah may, subject to requirements in Title 63A, Chapter 5b, Administration of State Facilities, use up to $11,040,000 in donations and institutional funds to plan, design, and construct a Renovation and Addition of Phase II of the Kennecott Building with up to
