Text
(1)The Utah Board of Higher Education shall establish written policies and procedures governing leasing by an institution of higher education.
(2)Except as provided in Section 53H-9-602, an institution of higher education shall comply with the procedures and requirements of the Utah Board of Higher Education policies before signing or renewing a lease.
