Text
The Office of the Attorney General shall:
(1)provide to the office all legal services and advice related to the collection of accounts receivable:
(1)(a) owed to the state; or
(1)(b) for which the office has collection responsibilities; and
(2)establish policies governing:
(2)(a) legal matters involving accounts receivable; and
(2)(b) litigation of past-due accounts receivable.
