Text

(1)The director of the Division of Finance shall:
(1)(a) maintain a financial control system according to generally accepted accounting principles;
(1)(b) record the constituent elements of the General Fund and of each special fund in proper relationship to each other; and
(1)(c) keep all accounts in balance.
(2)The director of the Division of Finance shall prepare and submit to the governor and to the Legislature, when requested, reports showing:
(2)(a) the condition of the General Fund and each special fund of the state;
(2)(b) the available cash resources of the General Fund and each special fund of the state;
(2)(c) as to each fund:
(2)(c)(i) the estimated revenue and anticipated time of collection;
(2)(c)(ii) the current encumbrances, future obligations, and estimated date they ac
