Text

(1)There is created the Utah Privacy Commission.
(2)(2)(a) The commission shall be composed of 12 members.
(2)(b) The governor shall appoint:
(2)(b)(i) one member who, at the time of appointment provides internet technology services for a county;
(2)(b)(ii) one member with experience in cybersecurity;
(2)(b)(iii) one member representing private industry in technology;
(2)(b)(iv) one member representing law enforcement; and
(2)(b)(v) one member with experience in data privacy law.
(2)(c) The state auditor shall appoint:
(2)(c)(i) one member with experience in internet technology services;
(2)(c)(ii) one member with experience in cybersecurity;
(2)(c)(iii) one member representing private industry in technology;
(2)(c)(iv) one member with experience in data privacy law; and
(2)(c)(v) one me
