§ 63A-19-201 — Utah Privacy Governing Board.

(1)There is created the Utah Privacy Governing Board.
(2)The governing board shall be composed of five members as follows:
(2)(a) the governor, or the governor's designee;
(2)(b) the president of the Senate, or the president's designee;
(2)(c) the speaker of the House of Representatives, or the speaker's designee;
(2)(d) the attorney general, or the attorney general's designee; and
(2)(e) the state auditor, or the state auditor's designee.
(3)(3)(a) A majority of the members of the governing board is a quorum.
(3)(b) The action of a majority of a quorum constitutes an action of the governing board.
(4)The governor, or the governor's designee is chair of the governing board.
(5)The governing board shall meet at least two times a year.
