§ 63A-17-402 — Division provides payroll services to executive branch agencies -- Report.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) "Executive branch entity" means a department, division, agency, board, or office within the executive branch of state government that employs a person who is paid through the central payroll system developed by the Division of Finance as of December 31, 2011.
(1)(a)(ii) "Executive branch entity" does not include:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) the Office of the Attorney General;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) the Office of the State Treasurer;
(1)(a)(ii)(C) the Office of the State Auditor;
(1)(a)(ii)(D) the Department of Transportation;
(1)(a)(ii)(E) the Division of Technology Services;
(1)(a)(ii)(F) the Department of Public Safety;
(1)(a)(ii)(G) the Department of Natural Resources; or
(1)(a)(ii)(H) the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.
