Text

(1)The division shall report to the Government Operations Interim Committee before November 30 of each year regarding:
(1)(a) the progress the division has made in developing the single sign-on business portal and the single sign-on citizen portal and, once that development is complete, regarding the operation of the single sign-on business portal and the single sign-on citizen portal;
(1)(b) the division's goals and plan for each of the next five years to fulfill the division's responsibilities described in this part; and
(1)(c) whether the division recommends any change to the single sign-on fee being charged under Section 13-1-2.
(2)The Government Operations Interim Committee shall annually:
(2)(a) review the single sign-on fee being charged under Section 13-1-2;
