Text

(1)A respondent shall file a response to a complaint with the commission no later than 20 days after the day on which the respondent receives delivery of the complaint.
(2)A respondent shall ensure that the response is in writing and contains the following information:
(2)(a) the name, address, and telephone number of the respondent;
(2)(b) for each alleged violation in the complaint:
(2)(b)(i) each affirmative defense asserted in response to the allegation, including a general description of each affirmative defense and the facts and circumstances supporting the defense, supported by one or more affidavits, each of which shall comply with the format described in Subsection (3); and
(2)(b)(ii) the facts and circumstances refuting the allegation, which shall be provided by:
