Text

(1)There is created the Records Management Committee composed of the following seven members:
(1)(a) the director of the Utah Historical Society or the director's designee;
(1)(b) the director of the Division of Archives and Records Services or the director's designee; and
(1)(c) five members appointed by the governor as follows:
(1)(c)(i) a member of the Utah State Bar who understands public records keeping under Title 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act;
(1)(c)(ii) a member with experience in public finance;
(1)(c)(iii) an individual from the private sector whose principal professional responsibilities are to create or manage records;
(1)(c)(iv) a member representing political subdivisions, recommended by the Utah League of Cities and Towns; and
(1)(c)(v) a mem
