(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Bureau" means the Bureau of Criminal Identification created in Section 53-10-201.
(1)(b) "Return information" means the same as that term is defined in 26 U.S.C. Sec. 6103.
(2)The commission shall:
(2)(a) require the following individuals to submit to a nationwide criminal background check and ongoing monitoring of that nationwide criminal background check as a condition of employment:
(2)(a)(i) an employee or contractor of the commission that has access to return information in the custody of the commission, regardless of whether access by the employee or contractor is authorized; and
(2)(a)(ii) an employee or contractor of the commission that has access to information in the custody of the commission in the Utah Criminal Justice Information System,
