§ 58-71-803 — Medical records -- Electronic records.
Utah·Title 58 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 58-71 Naturopathic Physician Practice Act·Part 58-71-8 Practice Standards
(1)Medical records maintained by a licensee shall:
(1)(a) meet the standards and ethics of the profession; and
(1)(b) be maintained in accordance with division rules.
(2)Medical records under this section may be maintained by an electronic means if the records comply with Subsection (1).
