§ 58-61-714 — Third party payment for licensed behavior analyst.

Utah·Title 58 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 58-61 Psychologist Licensing Act·Part 58-61-7 Behavior Analyst Licensing Act

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 31A-22-618, payment from third party payers for behavior analysis may be limited to:

(1)a licensed behavior analyst as defined in Section 58-61-702; and
(2)the following, working within the scope of their practice:
(2)(a) a physician licensed under Chapter 67, Utah Medical Practice Act or Chapter 68, Utah Osteopathic Medical Practice Act;
(2)(b) an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under Chapter 31b, Nurse Practice Act;
(2)(c) a psychologist licensed under this chapter;
(2)(d) a clinical social worker licensed under Chapter 60, Part 2, Social Worker Licensing Act;
(2)(e) a marriage and family therapist licensed under Chapter 60, Part 3, Marriage and Family Therapist Licensing Act; and
(2)(f) a clinical mental health counselor licensed
