Text

(1)An applicant for licensure as a behavior analyst based upon education, supervised experience, and national examination shall:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) submit an application on a form provided by the division;
(1)(a)(ii) pay a fee determined by the department under Section 63J-1-504;
(1)(a)(iii) produce certified transcripts of credit verifying satisfactory completion of a master's or doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis from an accredited institution of higher education or an equivalent master or doctorate degree as determined by the division by administrative rule;
(1)(a)(iv) as defined by the division by administrative rule, have completed at least 1,500 hours of experiential behavior analysis training within a five year period of time with a qualified supervisor; and
(1)(a)(v) pass
