§ 58-61-704 — Term of license or registration.

(1)(1)(a) The division shall issue each license under this part with a two-year renewal cycle established by division rule.
(1)(b) The division may by rule extend or shorten a renewal cycle by as much as one year to stagger the renewal cycles it administers.
(2)At the time of renewal, the licensed individual shall show satisfactory evidence of renewal requirements as required under this part.
(3)Each license or registration expires on the expiration date shown on the license unless renewed by the licensed individual in accordance with Section 58-1-308.
(4)(4)(a) A registration as a registered behavior specialist or a registered assistant behavior specialist:
(4)(a)(i) expires on the day the individual is no longer employed in accordance with Subsection 58-61-705(5)(d) or (6)(d); and
