§ 58-60-604 — Unlawful conduct.
Utah·Title 58 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 58-60 Mental Health Professional Practice Act·Part 58-60-6 Behavioral Health Coach and Technician Licensing Act
It is unlawful for a person who is not licensed or certified under this chapter to:
(1)use the titles:
(1)(a) state certified behavioral health technician; or
(1)(b) licensed behavioral health coach; or
(2)represent that the person is, in connection with the person's name or business:
(2)(a) a state certified behavioral health technician; or
(2)(b) licensed behavioral health coach.
