Text
(1)In accordance with Section 58-1-203, the division shall establish an executive advisory committee consisting of nine members as follows:
(1)(a) the executive director of the Department of Commerce, or the designee of the executive director of the Department of Commerce, who shall serve as chair;
(1)(b) the director of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health or the director's designee; and
(1)(c) the following members appointed by the director of the division:
(1)(c)(i) one member of the public; and
(1)(c)(ii) six licensees.
(2)The executive advisory committee shall:
(2)(a) advise the division and make recommendations to the division on policy;
(2)(b) serve without compensation, travel costs, or per diem for their services; and
(2)(c) perform other duties as directed by the
