Text
(1)A massage establishment shall display prominently:
(1)(a) the massage establishment registration;
(1)(b) a copy of the state issued license for each licensed individual contracted with or employed by the establishment;
(1)(c) division resources required by rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act; and
(1)(d) a sign that states some massage services offered at the registered massage establishment is performed by a massage assistant-in-training, a massage assistant, or a massage apprentice if the massage establishment employs or contracts with a massage assistant-in-training, a massage assistant, or a massage apprentice.
