(1)(1)(a) Except as provided in Subsection (3), the division shall issue a registration under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle.
(1)(b) The division may extend or shorten a renewal period by as much as one year to maintain established renewal cycles or to change an established renewal cycle.
(2)A registration automatically expires on the expiration date shown on the registration unless the registered massage establishment renews.
(3)At the time of renewal, a registered massage establishment shall:
(3)(a) complete and submit an application for renewal in the form the division approves; and
(3)(b) pay a renewal fee established by the department under Section 63J-1-504.
