(1)(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) The division shall issue a license for a hearing instrument specialist in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.
(1)(a)(ii) The division may by rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, extend or shorten a renewal period by as much as one year to stagger the renewal cycles the division administers.
(1)(b) At the time of renewal, the licensed hearing instrument specialist shall demonstrate satisfactory evidence of each of the following:
