Text

(1)To obtain and maintain a license as an audiologist beginning July 1, 2010, an applicant must:
(1)(a) submit a completed application in the form and content prescribed by the division and pay a fee to the department in accordance with Section 63J-1-504;
(1)(b) provide the committee with verification that the applicant is the legal holder of a clinical doctor's degree or AuD, in audiology, from an accredited university or college, based on a program of studies primarily in the field of audiology;
(1)(c) be in compliance with the regulations of conduct and codes of ethics for the profession of audiology;
(1)(d) submit to the board certified evidence of having completed at least one academic year of professional experience, at least 30 hours per week, of direct clinical experience in treat
