§ 58-31b-305 — Term of license -- Expiration -- Renewal.

(1)(1)(a) The division shall issue each license or certification under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule.
(1)(b) The division may by rule extend or shorten a renewal period by as much as one year to stagger the renewal cycles the division administers.
(2)The division shall renew the license of a licensee who, at the time of renewal:
(2)(a) completes and submits an application for renewal in a form prescribed by the division;
(2)(b) pays a renewal fee established by the division under Section 63J-1-504;
(2)(c) views a suicide prevention video described in Section 58-1-601 and submits proof in the form required by the division; and
(2)(d) meets continuing competency requirements as established by rule.
