§ 58-20b-302 — Qualifications for licensure.
Utah·Title 58 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 58-20b Environmental Health Scientist Act·Part 58-20b-3 Licensing
(1)Except as provided in Subsection (2), an applicant for licensure as an environmental health scientist shall:
(1)(a) submit an application in a form approved by the division;
(1)(b) pay a fee determined by the department under Section 63J-1-504;
(1)(c) hold, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree;
(1)(d) pass an examination as determined by division rule in collaboration with the board; and
(1)(e) pass the Utah Law and Rules Examination for Environmental Health Scientists administered by the division.
(2)An applicant for licensure as an environmental health scientist-in-training shall:
(2)(a) submit an application in a form approved by the division;
(2)(b) pay a fee determined by the department under Section 63J-1-504;
(2)(c) hold, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree;
(2)(d) pass the Utah Law
