Text

(1)An applicant for licensure as a pharmacy technician trainee shall:
(1)(a) submit an application to the division on a form created by the division;
(1)(b) pay a fee established by the division in accordance with Section 63J-1-504;
(1)(c) unless exempted by the division, submit a completed criminal background check;
(1)(d) demonstrate, as determined by the division, that the applicant does not have a physical or mental condition that would prevent the applicant from engaging in practice as a pharmacy technician with reasonable skill, competency, and safety to the public;
(1)(e) submit evidence that the applicant is enrolled in a training program approved by the division; and
(1)(f) satisfy any other criteria established by division rule made in collaboration with the board.
