§ 58-17b-1007 — Limited civil liability.
Utah·Title 58 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 58-17b Pharmacy Practice Act·Part 58-17b-10 Epinephrine Auto-injector and Stock Albuterol Act
A physician who issues a standing prescription drug order in accordance with Subsection 58-17b-1005(2) is not liable, under this part, for any civil damages for acts or omissions resulting from the dispensing of:
(1)an injectable epinephrine rescue medication;
(2)a glucagon kit; or
(3)stock albuterol.
