§ 58-11a-306 — Apprenticeship.

(1)(1)(a) An approved apprenticeship shall be conducted by a supervisor who:
(1)(a)(i) is licensed under this chapter as an instructor in the discipline of the apprenticeship; and
(1)(a)(ii) provides one-on-one direct supervision of the apprentice during the apprenticeship program.
(1)(b) An apprenticeship supervisor may not provide direct supervision to more than two apprentices during the apprenticeship program.
(2)An individual seeking a license or permit through an approved apprenticeship under this chapter shall:
(2)(a) register with the division before beginning the training requirements by:
(2)(a)(i) submitting a form prescribed by the division, which includes the name of the licensed instructor supervisor; and
(2)(a)(ii) paying a fee determined by the division under Section 63J-1
