Text

(1)An applicant for licensure as a licensed school shall:
(1)(a) submit an application in a form prescribed by the division;
(1)(b) pay a fee determined by the division under Section 63J-1-504; and
(1)(c) provide satisfactory documentation:
(1)(c)(i) of appropriate registration with the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code;
(1)(c)(ii) of business licensure from the municipality in which the school is located;
(1)(c)(iii) that the applicant's physical facilities comply with the requirements established by administrative rules made by the division; and
(1)(c)(iv) that the applicant meets the standards established by administrative rules made by the division, including staff, curriculum, and accreditation requirements.
