Text

(1)The practice of master hair design and practice of master barbering includes:
(1)(a) styling, arranging, dressing, curling, or waving the hair of the head of an individual;
(1)(b) cutting, clipping, or trimming the hair of the head of an individual by using scissors, shears, clippers, or other appliances;
(1)(c) engaging in draping, shampooing, scalp treatments, basic wet styling, and blow drying;
(1)(d) hair fusing and extensions;
(1)(e) removing hair from the face or neck of an individual by using shaving equipment;
(1)(f) cutting, curling, styling, fitting, measuring, or forming caps for wigs, hairpieces, or both on the human head;
(1)(g) practicing hair weaving, hair fusing, or servicing previously medically implanted hair;
(1)(h) when providing other services described in this Sub
