§ 58-11a-201 — Board.
Utah·Title 58 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 58-11a Cosmetology and Associated Professions Licensing Act·Part 58-11a-2 Board
(1)There is created the Cosmetology and Associated Professions Licensing Board consisting of the following members:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) one cosmetologist; or
(1)(a)(ii) one cosmetologist instructor;
(1)(b) (1)(b)(i) one master esthetician; or
(1)(b)(ii) one master esthetician instructor;
(1)(c) (1)(c)(i) one nail technician; or
(1)(c)(ii) one nail technician instructor;
(1)(d) (1)(d)(i) one electrologist; or
(1)(d)(ii) one electrologist instructor;
(1)(e) one representative of a licensed school that is publicly funded;
(1)(f) one representative of a licensed school that is privately funded;
(1)(g) one supervisor as defined in Section 58-1-505; and
(1)(h) two members from the general public.
(2)(2)(a) The board shall be appointed and serve in accordance with Section 58-1-201.
