§ 58-1-504 — Court-ordered discipline.
Utah·Title 58 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 58-1 Division of Professional Licensing Act·Part 58-1-5 Unlawful and Unprofessional Conduct - Penalties
The division shall promptly withhold, suspend, restrict, or reinstate the use of a license issued under this title if so ordered by a court.
