(1)(1)(a) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the division may adopt rules permitting inactive licensure.
(1)(b) The rules shall specify the requirements and procedures for placing a license on inactive status, the length of time a license may remain on inactive status, and the requirements and procedures to activate an inactive license.
(2)Except as otherwise specified by rule, an inactive licensee has no right or privilege to engage in the practice of the licensed occupation or profession.
(3)The division shall waive the renewal fee for a person holding or applying for an inactive license, if at the time of the application for or renewal of the inactive license, the person is on full-time active service with a branch of the armed forces of the
