Text
(1)A large load customer may obtain all needed electric services from a large-scale generation provider through a connected generation system consistent with this chapter.
(2)A large-scale generation provider may provide service on or through a connected generation system if the provider:
(2)(a) registers with the commission in accordance with Section 54-26-501;
(2)(b) uses only qualifying generation resources;
(2)(c) maintains sufficient generation capacity to serve all contracted load;
(2)(d) provides the commission with:
(2)(d)(i) system design and operational information;
(2)(d)(ii) emergency response procedures; and
(2)(d)(iii) notification of any changes in system configuration or operation; and
(2)(e) maintains commercial liability insurance as required under Section 54-26-602.
