Text

(1)Except for large load customers seeking service under a private generation contract, a large load customer seeking service under this chapter shall submit a large-scale service request to the qualified electric utility serving the proposed location.
(2)A large-scale service request shall include:
(2)(a) the customer's identifying information;
(2)(b) the proposed location for electric service;
(2)(c) the requested amount of electric demand in megawatts;
(2)(d) a proposed service commencement date;
(2)(e) load profile information, including:
(2)(e)(i) anticipated annual energy usage;
(2)(e)(ii) expected hours of operation;
(2)(e)(iii) seasonal variations;
(2)(e)(iv) peak demand requirements; and
(2)(e)(v) any special service requirements;
