(1)This part applies to:

(1)(a) the collocation of a small wireless facility in a right-of-way;

(1)(b) the collocation of a small wireless facility on a wireless support structure in a right-of-way; and

(1)(c) the installation, modification, or replacement of a utility pole associated with a small wireless facility in a right-of-way.

(2)Except as provided in this chapter, an authority may not prohibit, regulate, or charge for the collocation of a small wireless facility.
