Text
(1)The commission shall, before July 1, 2017, authorize a large-scale electric utility to establish a program that promotes customer choice in electric vehicle charging equipment and service that includes:
(1)(a) an incentive to a large-scale electric utility customer to install or provide electric vehicle infrastructure;
(1)(b) time of use pricing for electric vehicle charging;
(1)(c) any measure that the commission determines is in the public interest that incentivizes the competitive deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
(2)The commission may review the expenditures made by a large-scale electric utility for the program described in Subsection (1) in order to determine if the large-scale electric utility made the expenditures prudently in accordance with the purpose
