(1)As used in this section, "higher education institution" means:
(1)(a) Utah State University for:
(1)(a)(i) Bridgerland Technical College;
(1)(a)(ii) Tooele Technical College; and
(1)(a)(iii) Uintah Basin Technical College;
(1)(b) Weber State University for:
(1)(b)(i) Ogden-Weber Technical College; and
(1)(b)(ii) Davis Technical College;
(1)(c) Utah Valley University for Mountainland Technical College;
(1)(d) Southern Utah University for Southwest Technical College; and
(1)(e) Utah Tech University for Dixie Technical College.
(2)A technical college may enter into agreements:
(2)(a) with other higher education institutions to cultivate cooperative relationships; or
(2)(b) with other public and higher education institutions to enhance career and technical education within the technical c
