§ 53H-8-404 — Grants and gifts to the authority.
Utah·Title 53H Higher Education·Ch. 53H-8 Finance·Part 53H-8-4 Higher Education Student Success Endowment
(1)To the extent otherwise allowed, a state entity may grant money or property to the endowment.
(2)A person may make a contribution, gift, grant, bequest, devise, or loans to the endowment.
