§ 53H-5-204 — Appointment and removal of director.
Utah·Title 53H Higher Education·Ch. 53H-5 Multi-Institution Programs and Initiatives·Part 53H-5-2 Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health
(1)Subject to Subsection (2), the University of Utah senior vice president for health sciences and the Weber State University provost and vice president of academic affairs shall jointly appoint and may jointly remove the director.
(2)The appointment or removal of the director under Subsection (1) may be made only after consultation with:
(2)(a) the president of the University of Utah or the president's designee;
(2)(b) the president of Weber State University or the president's designee;
(2)(c) the dean of the University of Utah college of engineering or the dean's designee; and
(2)(d) the advisory board through the advisory board chair.
