Text

(1)The vice-provost leading the center shall submit an annual report:
(1)(a) to the provost, president of the institution, and the commissioner;
(1)(b) that includes a mission-based accounting of:
(1)(b)(i) program and instructor performance and goals for improvement;
(1)(b)(ii) professional development offerings and future goals;
(1)(b)(iii) the course offerings and syllabus publication described in Section 53H-4-307.5; and
(1)(b)(iv) a full account of the center's budget.
(2)The commissioner shall report annually to the Education Interim Committee regarding the implementation and activities of the center.
(3)Each year, the center shall:
(3)(a) assess the quality of teaching and adherence to program principles, values, and goals;
(3)(b) identify expectations for addressing deficiencies
