Text

(1)The research center shall create an industry advisory board with members selected from the following relevant sectors:
(1)(a) electrical power providers;
(1)(b) electric bus manufacturers;
(1)(c) electric vehicle manufacturers;
(1)(d) electric passenger or freight rail manufacturers;
(1)(e) electric aircraft manufacturers;
(1)(f) electric freight truck manufacturers;
(1)(g) high-capacity battery manufacturers;
(1)(h) large fiber-optic or high-speed Internet providers;
(1)(i) transportation infrastructure companies;
(1)(j) charging component, systems, or network providers;
(1)(k) smart or artificial intelligence-integrated infrastructure providers; and
(1)(l) any other sector that the research center determines is substantially necessary to fulfilling the initiative goals.
