§ 53H-4-303 — Regional campuses -- Establishment of campuses -- Career and technical education.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Service regions" means the service regions, as established by the Utah State University board of trustees, for:
(1)(a)(i) Utah State University Eastern;
(1)(a)(ii) Utah State University Blanding; and
(1)(a)(iii) Utah State University Moab.
(1)(b) "University" means Utah State University.
(1)(c) "Utah State University Moab" means the Utah State University regional campus located at or near Moab.
(1)(d) "Utah State University regional institution" or "USU regional institution" means:
(1)(d)(i) Utah State University Eastern;
(1)(d)(ii) Utah State University Blanding; or
(1)(d)(iii) Utah State University Moab.
(1)(e) "Vice president" means the vice president described in Subsection (5)(d).
(2)Utah State University shall operate and administer regional camp
