(1)For purposes of this section:
(1)(a) "Collections" means the same as that term is defined in Section 9-8a-302.
(1)(b) "Curation facility" means:
(1)(b)(i) the museum;
(1)(b)(ii) an accredited facility meeting federal curation standards;
(1)(b)(iii) for the purposes described in Subsection (7)(c), a paleontology museum; or
(1)(b)(iv) an appropriate state park.
(1)(c) "Museum" means the Utah Museum of Natural History.
(1)(d) "Paleontology museum" means a museum owned or established by a city of the first or second class, that:
(1)(d)(i) is designed for the curation and display of specimens and paleontological resources;
(1)(d)(ii) has a designated paleontologist responsible for the care and preservation of the specimens, collections, and paleontological resources; and
(1)(d)(iii) is an a
