Text

(1)A degree-granting institution of higher education provides technical education in the geographic areas of the state described in this section.
(2)(2)(a) The Snow College Richfield campus, described in Section 53H-4-502, provides technical education for the geographic area encompassing:
(2)(a)(i) the Juab School District;
(2)(a)(ii) the Millard School District;
(2)(a)(iii) the Tintic School District;
(2)(a)(iv) the North Sanpete School District;
(2)(a)(v) the South Sanpete School District;
(2)(a)(vi) the Wayne School District;
(2)(a)(vii) the Piute School District; and
(2)(a)(viii) the Sevier School District.
(2)(b) A Utah State University regional institution, as defined in Section 53H-4-303, provides technical education for the geographic area encompassing:
(2)(b)(i) for Utah State U
